Katrina Hands is a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist who is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques and research. She is currently working alongside Forfar Farmington Football Club to provide sports massage therapy and pitch-side first aid. She has also provided therapy support at various charitable events. Katrina also provides treatment to members of Agility Team Scotland.
Katrina has been involved in a variety of sports as a participant and also as a coach: dog agility, trampolining, horse riding, skiing, going to the gym, walking and running.
Katrina’s first degree included courses in Sports Science, Physiology and Psychology. She also has a PhD, which involved working closely with chiropractors to develop a computerised interview system to enhance the consultation process.
She is always keen to achieve the best possible results for her clients and will research conditions in order to be well informed and offer the most appropriate treatment.
